Condominium Unit 41-B, MARINA SOUTH SHORE CONDOMINIUM, Phase II, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1432, Page 278, as amended from time to time, and according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 6, Pages 160 through 166, inclusive, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David J. Lopez, Esquire of David J. Lopez, P.A., Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 201 East
Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 775, Tampa, Florida 33602-7800 within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
