NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered April 20, 2026, and entered in Case Number: 24-CA-007855 of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein TRUIST BANK, as successor by merger to SUNTRUST BANK, is the Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, OR OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST GASPARE OLIVERI III, WHO IS KNOWN TO BE DEAD, DOLORES TERESA OLIVERI, NICHOLAS WILLIAM OLIVERI, GASPARE OLIVERI IV, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 o’clock A.M. on the 20th day of August, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
