Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure Damages dated April 20, 2026 entered in Case No. 2025-CA-3914 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for Residential Mortgage Aggregation Trust, et. al., is the Plaintiff and CAPAC CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LLC et. al., is the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash to be conducted in an online sale at http://www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on May 28, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages:
Lots 53 and 54, Block 3930, CAPE CORAL UNIT 54, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 19, Page(s) 79 through 91, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Together with all rents, issues and profits.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
