YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title on the following described properties in Lee County, Florida:
Lots 23 and 24, Block 3877, Cape Coral, Unit 53, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 64 through 78, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Lots 1 and 2, Block 4011, Unit 55, Cape Coral, according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 19, Page 92 through 106, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Lots 33 and 24, Block 4131, Unit 59, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page(s) 140 through 153, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
5has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert C. Benedict, Plaintiffs’ attorney whose address is Wideikis, Benedict & Berntsson, LLC, The BIG W Law Firm, 3195 S. Access Rd., Englewood, Florida 34224, on or before JUne 01, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs’ attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
