THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 504, BUILDING 24, and an undivided. 36813.¾interest in the common elements of THE BOULEVARD CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, according to plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 31, pages 27 to 33 inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4770, page 233, as Clerk’s Instrument No.78174678, public records of Pinellas County, Florida.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you in Pinellas County Court, THE BOULEVARD ASSOCIATION, INC.. v. EDWARD C. DEVEAU, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
