NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2026, and entered in Case No. 23-006219-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County Florida, in that certain case styed, Paul A. Lester, Plaintiff, v. Richard C. Loefgren, Defendant, the Clerk of Pinellas County Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, to be held online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com., in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 10:00 AM. on May 11, 2026, the following described personal property as set forth in said Order of Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
All member shares owned by Richard C. Loefgren in Tiburon Management Consultants LLC
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lawsuit, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
