NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 10, 2023 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 20, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 22-004909-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AJAX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2021-G, MORTGAGE-BACKED SECURITIES SERIES 2021-G, BY U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, Plaintiff, and GEORGE HATZI KOSTANTIS A/K/A GEORGE HATZIKOSTANTIS A/K/A GEORGE KOSTANTIS; KAREN DECOLA KOSTANTIS A/K/A KAREN DECOLA-KOSTANTIS A/K/A KAREN KOSTANTIS; ROBINWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LANSBROOK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 19th day of May, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 60 OF ROBINWOOD AT LANSBROOK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 119, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
