NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 9, 2025 and Order Granting Defendant’s Emergency Motion to Continue Foreclosure sale dated April 24, 2026 and entered in Case No. CASE NO. 2024-CA-009664-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein FRED P. SENESI, TRUSTEE OF THE FRED P. SEN ES I REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED MARCH 25, 2005, is the Plaintiff( s) and LAKE FAMILY PRACTICE OF ORLANDO & EVANS FAMILY CARE INC, a Florida corporation; CHCT FLORIDA, LLC, a foreign limited liability company; MEDCARE STAFFING INC., a Florida corporation; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 11 :00 a.m. on the 28 day of May, 2026 at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
