The Appointed Fiduciary is authorized to act on behalf of Thelma E. LaMotte with respect to the abovedescribed account only, with specific direction in the Private Fiduciary Appointment and taking such actions as are reasonably necessary to administer and protect the interests of the principal with respect to that account, all in accordance with the abovereferenced Durable Power of Attorney and applicable law.
This appointment remains in effect until revoked in writing by the AttorneyinFact, terminated by operation of law, or otherwise terminated according to the governing instrument.
