NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2026, in the Seventh Circuit Court in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein ADAM MONEY is the Plaintiff, and granted against the Defendants, ANDREW NEAL FERRARI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREW NEAL FERRARI; STATE OF FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT I; and UNKNOWN TENANT II, in Case No. 2025 13423 CIDL, the Clerk of this Court, Laura E. Roth, will at 11:00 a.m. on September 17, 2026, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, and Florida law, at www.volusia.realforeclose.com, the real property situate and being in Volusia County, Florida more particularly described as:
Lot 13, Block 3, Map of Burwyn Park, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Map Book 6, Page 139 and 140, of the Public Records of Volusia County, Florida.
Commonly known as: 377 W. Retta St., DeLeon Springs, FL 32130.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
