NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2026, and entered in the above styled cause now pending in said Court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on September 2, 2026, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Default Final Judgment to wit:
Condominium Unit 4, Building E, of Oak Shadows, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3059, Page(s)1444, and any amendments thereto, if any, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common areas, if any.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
