Final Judgment was awarded on July 30, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2024-CA-005836-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, GROUNDFLOOR PROPERTIES GA LLC is the Plaintiff, and MAP REALTY GROUP LLC; MY FIRST REALTY GROUP, INC.; MIKE ROPER PINNOCK; REGENT PARK OF ORLANDO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BERNARDO CAVAZOS; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A BRIANNA CAVAZOS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on September 14, 2025 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 907, BUILDING 9, PHASE 19, REGENT PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9167, PAGE 557, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
