Final Judgment was awarded on July 27, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2026-CA-001808-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2017-4, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff, and JOSEPH BRICE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR IRWIN UNION BANK AND TRUST COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CLAIRE BRICE; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on September 10, 2025 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 216, ARBOR RIDGE NORTH UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
