Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 8/4/2026, in Case No.: 2026-CA-001237-O of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein RIDGEMOORE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ANDREA C. DE OLIVEIRA, et al., is the Defendant. Tiffany Moore Russell, the Clerk of Court for Orange County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11 :00 a.m., online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 9/15/2026, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 7, Ridgemoore Phase One, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 73, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
