NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2026 entered in Case No. 2025CA002409 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the highest bidder on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of September, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit D-102, the Courtyard at Kings Lake IV, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 982, Page 126 through 197, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with its undivided share of the Common Elements.
