NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28, 2026 in the above action, the Collier County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Collier, Florida, on October 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at Lobby 3rd Floor, Courthouse Annex of Collier County Courthouse, 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112, for the following described property:
APARTMENT NO. 11-C, FOREST LAKES II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 569, PAGES 3 TO 31 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
