NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 4, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-002455-0001-01 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Jorge Alfredo Garcia Gonzalez; Senovia Zurit A. Montesino a/k/a Senovia Zurita Montesino a/k/a Zurita Montesino Senovia; Unknown Spouse of Jorge Alfredo Garcia Gonzalez; Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Cascade Capital, LLC; Calvary SPV I, LLC; Discover Bank; Unknown Tenant #1 N/K/A Aylin Bubo; Unknown Tenant #2 N/K/A Victor Bubo are Defendants, Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11 a.m. on September 10, 2026 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 75 feet of Tract 48, Golden Gate Estates, Unit No. 89, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, page 28, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Property Address: 3642 32nd Ave SE, Naples, FL 34117
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.
