NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to (i) this Court’s July 30, 2026 Order Scheduling Foreclosure Sale in this action (Dkt. 77 (Judges Dkt. 88)), (ii) this Court’s May 1, 2025 Final Judgment in favor of Intervenor, Lovell Government Services, Inc., in the case styled Lovell Government Services, Inc. v. Monolex USA Trading LLC, Hendrik Johannes Lamprecht, Sr., Hendrik Johannes Lamprecht, Jr., Mariana Lamprecht, G&L 2020 Trust, Monolex Group LLC, MGL Medical Supplies, Inc., MGLMS LLC, Monolex Telecom LLC, J.V. Bolin-Monolex Energy Inc., G & L 12208 CR 675 LLC, G & L 15810 CR 675 LLC, LV Winery, Inc., and HML 2020 Trust, Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court Case No. 2020-CA-004615 (Certified Copy recorded in the official records of Manatee County, Florida on January 22, 2026 (Instrument # 202641007679)), as amended, with relation back, by this Court’s April 29, 2026 Amended Final Judgment in the Case No. 2020-CA-004615 action (Certified Copy recorded in the official records of Manatee County, Florida on May 6, 2026 (Instrument # 202641051730)), and (iii) this Court’s April 10, 2026 Order Granting Plaintiff’s, Synergy Rents, LLC, Motion For Summary in this action (Certified Copy recorded in the official records of Manatee County, Florida on April 17, 2026 (Instrument # 202641043887)), which Orders and Judgments of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Intervenor, Lovell Government Services, Inc., and Plaintiff, Synergy Rents, LLC, are Plaintiffs and Defendant, HML 2020 Trust, is a Defendant, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at 11:00 A.M. on August 27, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgments, to wit:
The East 540.0 feet of the South ½ of the Northwest ¼ of the Southeast ¼ and the East 540.0 feet of the South 86.0 feet of the North ½ of the Northwest ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of Section 29, Township 33 South, Range 19 East, Manatee County, Florida. Subject to right-of-way off the South for State Road Number 675. Less that part of the above described parcel as described in O.R. Book 688, Page 636, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
