NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 412025CA002756CAAXMA of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR ANGEL OAK MORTGAGE TRUST 2020-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2020-3, Plaintiff, and DARYL JAMES MARAZON; NICOLE CHARITY MARAZON, are Defendants.

SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT OVER THE SOUTH 20 FEET AND TO TWO EASEMENTS OF 20 FEET EACH, MAKING A TOTAL OF 40 FEET OVER THE NORTH OF THE PROPERTY FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS.
