LET IT BE KNOWN BY ALL MEN AND PERSONS WORLDWIDE BY THESE WORDS This Notice serves to formally establish and record the office of Grantor for the “Algernon Isaiah Roundtree iii Private Living Trust,” RE380239838US, and to present pertinent information regarding my identity and status.
I, Algernon Isaiah Roundtree iii, in sui juris in esse capacity, hereby certify and declare to all individuals worldwide that I was born on October 12, 1995, at Arnold Palmer Hospital, Orlando, Florida. I am the firstborn son of Algernon Lisbon Roundtree Jr. and Theresa Mae Pugh, united in holy wedlock. I am the current grantee of a special adult name change/correction order, as documented in Coconino County Superior Court Case #S-0300-CV-202400762, dated December 7, 2024.
I affirm that I am an egressed private American national from Orange County, Florida Republic, a private citizen of the Floridian state, currently ingressing within the nation of the Florida Republic [Union] located in Polk County, United States of North America. Since birth, I have been upon soil foreign to and excluded from Domestic, Territorial, Military, and District of Columbia jurisdictions, as recognized under the Constitution of 1776 A.D.
As the living Grantor, I hereby establish and authorize the transfer of rights, title, profits, proceeds, rents, income, and interest allocated through Trust Transfer Grant Deeds for the benefit of my assigns or distributees, corresponding to property identifiers RE380239838US 00.001 through RE380239838US-999.999.
Additionally, I give notice of the establishment of the private irrevocable living estate trust entitled “Algernon Isaiah Roundtree iii Private Living Trust,” executed in May 2026, which holds the same status as noted earlier, as governed by the Grantor’s Office under the Constitution of 1776 A.D.
