NOTICE OF LIVING ESTATE TRUST
This Notice serves to declare the establishment of the Living Estate Trust governing the estate granted to Algernon Isaiah Roundtree iii by Testatrix Theresa Mae Pugh. This trust is evidenced by the Testatrix Intent, which has been signed and filed with the Coconino County Clerk on December 3, 2024.
The estate constitutes a new landed estate, and the appointed Trustees have accepted their roles. The trust vested in May 2026 under master trust file number RE 380 239 838 US. The beneficiaries of this trust are held on special deposit. The status of the beneficiaries is as private civilian nationals whose jurisdiction falls under Exclusive Equity Jurisdiction, governed by the Maxims of English and American Equity as recognized at the time of the adoption of the 1789 Constitution for the USA. This trust is protected under Article III, Section 2, subdivision 1, and adheres to the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:2).
All challenges or rebuttals regarding this trust should be sent within 21 days via USPS registered mail, addressed to the Executor Office. Failing a timely response, the facts listed herein will stand as absolute truth in all relevant matters.
