NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 31, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-000651 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and DARIEN FLEURIMOND; TOWER VIEW ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, are Defendants.
