CLARK, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, STACY M. LOT 5, DEER TRAILS, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1994 REDMAN CRESCENT MOBILE HOME VIN#: 146M8644A AND 146M8644B, TITLE # 67123844 AND 67123845 PERMANENTLY AFFIXED THERETO.
and commonly known as: 10031 STEVEN DR, POLK CITY , FL 33868 (the “Property”).
