Butterfield will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on September 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM, the following described property:
THE WEST ¼ OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS AND EXCEPT MAINTENANCE RIGHT OF WAY; ALSO LESS AND EXCEPT THE WEST 30 FEET THEREOF CONVEYED TO POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1860, PAGE 1084 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
