LOT 541, ASTONIA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 185, PAGES 7 THROUGH 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 484 LILY LANE, DAVENPORT, FL 33837; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on November 18, 2026 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
