Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Sarasota County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF FOURTH STREET 50 FEET EAST OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE AIRLINE RAILROAD AS SHOWN ON PLAT OF TOWN OF BEE RIDGE AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 247; THENCE EAST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF FOURTH STREET AND AS EXTENDED 145.7 FEET; THENCE SOUTH A DISTANCE OF 215.8 FEET; THENCE WEST A DISTANCE OF 98.41 FEET; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING THE SAME PROPERTY AS VACATED LOTS 21, 22, 23 AND 24, BLOCK 3, TOWN OF BEE RIDGE, PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 247, AND THE WEST HALF OF VACATED QUINCY STREET ADJACENT THERETO
The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash, on September 15, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. on Sarasota County’s Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statues.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
