NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 29, 2026, issued in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in Case No. 2025 CA 006270 NC, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR LEGACY MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2024-INV1 is the Plaintiff, and GLADIS PIERRE are the Defendants.
