Notice of Meeting and Public Hearing on Proposed Updated Non-Resident Users Policy and Fee Schedule and Policy for Renters’ Access to
District Recreational Facilities

The Oakstead Community Development District (the “District”) hereby gives public notice of a meeting of its Board of Supervisors (the “Board”) and a public hearing to review and adopt its proposed updated Non-Resident Users Policy and Fee Schedule and to review and adopt its Policy for Renters’ Access to District Recreational Facilities. This public hearing will take place during the Board’s meeting on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Oakstead Clubhouse, located at 3038 Oakstead Boulevard, Land O’Lakes, Florida 34638.
The hearing will be for the purpose of reviewing the updated Policy on Non-Resident Users and Fee Schedule as well as an updated Policy on Renters’ Access to District Recreational Facilities.
The proposed policies and fees may be adjusted at the public hearing pursuant to discussion by the Board and public comments. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Board shall adopt the policies and fee schedule as approved by the Board. The Florida Statutes being implemented include Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, generally, and Section 190.035, Florida Statutes, specifically; and provide legal authority for establishment of such policies and rate and fee schedules.
All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard. This meeting and public hearing may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting or public hearing. If anyone chooses to appeal any decision of the Board with respect to any matter considered, such person will need a record of the proceedings and should accordingly ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made that includes the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
