Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein SOUTHSTATE BANK, N.A, as Plaintiff, and LISA JO SYMONDS n/k/a LISA JO MacPHERSON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LISA JO SYMONDS n/k/a LISA JO MacPHERSON, SUNNOVA TE MANAGEMENT, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, FOUNDATION FINANCE COMPANY, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, REECE BUILDERS/WINDOWS, INC., a Florida corporation, d/b/a REECE BUILDERS, SHADOW LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, are Defendants, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 28th day of September, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
