NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell all the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Lot 1, Block 13, LA COLLINA PHASE 3, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 131, Page 123, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. With the following street address: 901 Grand Cresta Avenue, Brandon, Florida, 33511.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 4, 2026.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
