NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-CA-002616 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Lakesha Raines, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Fidelity Mortgage, a division of Delta Funding Corporation, Unknown Spouse of Lakesha Raines, Joe Raines, Unknown Spouse of Joe Raines, Tanya Blue, Unknown Spouse of Tanya Blue, Darrell Crockett, Unknown Spouse of Darrell Crockett, Steve Raines a/k/a Steven Bernard Raines, Unknown Spouse of Steve Raines a/k/a Steven Bernard Raines, Gary Raines, Unknown Sposue of Gary Raines, Anthony Raines, Sr. and Unknown Spouse of Anthony Raines, Sr., the Office of the Clerk of Victor D.
