Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 7/28/2026, in Case No.: 2025CA012899 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SOUTHSHORE BAY HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and GREGORY OSBORNE TIM, et al., are the Defendants. Victor D. Crist, the Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., at https://www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 9/30/2026, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 36, in Block 36, of FOREST BROOKE ACTIVE ADULT PHASES 6A, 7, AND COLLECTOR ROAD SECOND EXTENSION PHASE 3, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 142, Page 287, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Fiorida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
