YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition for Stepparent Adoption has been filed regarding a child born on August 25, 2010, in Lima, Peru, to Erika Rios Johnson. The legal father, Willy Miguel Hauyon Ramirez, is Hispanic, 60 years old, 5’ 7” tall, stocky build, dark hair, and brown eyes. All other physical characteristics and his residence address are unknown and cannot be reasonably ascertained. Additionally, the identity, all physical characteristics, and residence address of any known or unknown legal or biological father are unknown and cannot be reasonably ascertained.
A hearing on the Petition for Stepparent Adoption is set on September 14, 2026, at 10:30 AM EST, before Judge Kelly A. Ayers (Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs St., Courtroom 408, Tampa, FL 33602). The Court reserved 15 minutes for the hearing, which will be held via Zoom at https://zoom.us/j/5092959300. The grounds for termination of parental rights are set forth in Fla. Stat. § 63.089.
You may object by appearing at the hearing and filing a written objection with the Court. If you file written defenses to said Petition, you must serve a copy on Petitioner’s attorney, Tate Healey Webster, 418 W. Platt St., Ste. B, Tampa, FL 33606, (813) 258-3355, and file the original response or pleading in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, (813) 276-8100, on or before 9/7/2026, which is within 30 to 60 days after the date of first publication of this Notice.
UNDER § 63.089, FLORIDA STATUTES, FAILURE TO FILE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE WITH THE COURT AND TO APPEAR AT THE SEPTEMBER 14, 2026, HEARING CONSTITUTES GROUNDS UPON WHICH THE COURT SHALL END ANY PARENTAL RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE REGARDING THE MINOR CHILD.
