NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 23, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 25-CA-003580 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court, Brandi Clerk of Court of Lee County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on September 17, 2026 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 14, CARLETON HOUSE, A CONDOMINIUM IN BARKLEY SQUARE, ALL AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND FORMING A PART THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL
RECORDS BOOK 947, PAGE 86, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT ABOVE DESCRIBED, INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
