NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2026 entered in the above styled case, Case No. 2025-CC-007098-CO of the County Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BELLA VISTA ON LAKE SEMINOLE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and THOMAS E. SCHAP, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS E. SCHAP, UNKNOWN TENANT(S), PINNACLE BANK, A TENNESSEE BANK, D/B/A SYNOVUS BANK, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH SYNOVUS BANK are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, CPA, the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell the following property, in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. H-104, OF BELLA VISTA ON LAKE SEMINOLE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14516 AT PAGE 465, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 10221 Sailwinds Blvd. S. #104 Largo, FL 33773
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M. on September 16, 2026. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier’s check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier’s check.
