Final Judgment was awarded on July 24, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25-005826-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and TESSIE A. LEE A/K/A TESS LEE and ISPC, INC. are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on August 27, 2026 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 35 FEET OF LOT 3 AND THE WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 3, CRESTMONT REVISED SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 10, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
