NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 6th of July 2026, in Case No. 25-006903-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, JAMIE LEE WASHINGTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMIE LEE WASHINGTON; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2. Ken Burke, Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of September 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
