Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 29, 2026, in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, shall sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 3, 2026, beginning at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
