NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a final judgment dated July 17, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2024-CA-006802-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, in which MERIAH WEBSTER, individually, by and through her attorney-in-fact, MELANIE ROBERTSON, is the Plaintiff and TERRY WEBSTER, individually, is the Defendant, I will sell to highest and best bidder for cash on September 2, 2026, at 11:00am online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com the following-described property, together with all improvements, appurtenances and fixtures, as set forth in the order of the final judgment:
LOTS 110, SOUTH POINTE UNIT 1 AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 85 AND 86, OF THE OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
