NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 25001625CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and ROSALYN COPPOLA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; CAPITAL ONE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION S/B/M DISCOVER BANK, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 9th day of November, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 2804, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION FORTY-FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 56A THROUGH 56E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
