NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of August, 2026,, and entered in Case No. 25001376CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and COURTNEY ANN QUINN A/K/A CPURTNEY ANN QUINN A/K/A COURTNEY QUINN, KAITLYN MARIE QUINN A/K/A KAITLYN QUINN, KYLE MICHAEL QUINN A/K/A KYLE QUINN AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF DENNIS EDMUND QUINN A/K/A DENNIS E. QUINN A/K/A EDMUND QUINN A/K/A DENNIS QUINN, KYLE MICHAEL QUINN A/K/A KYLE QUINN, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DENNIS EDMUND QUINN A/K/A DENNIS E. QUINN A/K/A EDMUND QUINN A/K/A DENNIS QUINN AND SECTION 20 PROPERTY OWNER’S ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Roger D.
