AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and LLOYD BENSON, III, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MARY BENSON A/K/A MARY E. BENSON, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; LLOYD BENSON, III are the Defendant(s). ROGER D.
