NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 30th day of July, 2026, in Civil Action No. 2025-CA-2640, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which LOUISE P. EUGENE, is the Defendant, and CROWN POINTE EAST HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of September, 2026, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Lot 204, CROWN POINTE EAST, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 37, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
