YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for money damages, subordination of a first lien and imposition and foreclosure of a statutory landlord’s lien upon a mobile home described as that certain 1984 SCHU mobile home in WIndmill Manor mobile home park located at 5125 Soaring Way, Lot No. X011, Bradenton, Florida 34203, and bearing Vehicle Identification Numbers S185517A and S185517B, has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Stanley L. Martin, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 4300 W. Cypress Street, Suite 400, Tampa, Florida 33607, ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 18, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
