NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment for Lien Foreclosure dated August 10, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2026CC000196 of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court, Angelina Colonneso, will publicly sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on September 9, 2026, the following described property:
UNIT 971, SHORELINE TERRACES VI AT PERICO BAY CLUB, PHASE 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1267, PAGE 3299, AND ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 187, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the Clerk of the Court reports the surplus as unclaimed.
