NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2025CA003028A000BA of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Mauro Cecchetti; Unknown Spouse of Mauro Cecchetti; Lakes at Laurel Highlands Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of September, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
