Final Judgment was awarded on July 28, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2026CA000172, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, PHH ASSET SERVICES LLC is the Plaintiff, and ADRIANA RUMBO CORONADO A/K/A ADRIANA RUMBO; VALENTINA JOIRO RUMBO A/K/A VALENTINA JOIRO; JOSE ALBERTO JOIRO DAZA A/K/A JOSE A. JOIRO; SUNNOVA TE MANAGEMENT LLC; ASTONIA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk. realforeclose.com on September 11, 2026 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 460 OF ASTONIA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 185, PAGE(S) 7-12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
