Final Judgment was awarded on July 28, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2024CA003625000000, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, MCLP ASSET COMPANY, INC. is the Plaintiff, and TARIQ RAMJIT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICADEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; LVNV FUNDING LLC; WATERSTONE PROPERTY HOA, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A PATRICK SAUNDERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TARIQ RAMJIT N/K/A MELISSA RAMJIT; ANDREA SAUNDERS; IESHIA SAUNDERS are Defendants.
