Final Judgment was awarded on July 28, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2025CA003976, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and SCOTTIE BAXTER; GERALDINE KELLEY; VALARIE SUZANNE BAXTER A/K/A VALARIE BAXTER; TIMBERLANE ASSOCIATION, INC.; SKYLINE TRUST INVESTMENTS GROUP, LLC; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on September 11, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THENCE NORTH 48°16’15” WEST, 90 FEET;
THENCE NORTH 41º43’45” EAST, 165.01 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 38º48’15” EAST, 91.24 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 41º43’45” WEST, 150 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
