Final Judgment was awarded on July 20, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2025CA004204, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and REINALDO REY DIAZ NEGRON; DIANA LIZ RIVERA GONZALEZ A/K/A DIANA L. RIVERA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF REINALDO REY DIAZ NEGRON; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; ISPC, INC. are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk. realforeclose.com on September 18, 2026 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT A POINT 830 FEET WEST AND 605 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, POLK COUNTY FLORIDA, AND RUN THENCE EAST A DISTANCE OF 200 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 55 FEET; THENCE WEST 200 FEET; THENCE NORTH 55 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
